Realme India is gearing up to launch its highly anticipated flagship smartphone, the Realme GT 7 Pro, in mid-November. This release will mark the debut of Qualcomm’s cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset in the Indian market. While the exact launch date hasn’t been confirmed, Realme has announced that the handset will be available via Amazon and select offline retailers.

Following its imminent release in China, the Indian version of the Realme GT 7 Pro is expected to mirror the design and specifications of its Chinese counterpart. With this new flagship model, Realme is positioning itself to compete against rivals like Asus, Honor, iQOO, OnePlus, Oppo, Samsung, Vivo, and Xiaomi, all of these upcoming devices are anticipated to feature the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, ensuring top-tier performance across the board.
According to a leak from Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) in collaboration with Smartprix, the GT 7 Pro is set to deliver exceptional performance. Reports suggest it scored an impressive 3,025,991 points on the AnTuTu benchmark, placing it ahead of competitors like MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 and Apple’s A18 Pro chipsets.

Leaks about the device indicate it might feature a Samsung Quad Micro-Curved display with an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for enhanced security and DC dimming for improved screen quality. The phone is anticipated to be approximately 9mm thick and come with an IP69 rating, offering exceptional protection against dust and water. According to a report by Gadgets 360, the phone could be powered by a 6,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging, ensuring long battery life and quick charging times.

While the official price hasn’t been confirmed yet, industry insiders speculate that the Realme GT 7 Pro could be priced between ₹55,000 and ₹60,000, positioning it as a strong contender in the premium smartphone segment. This launch will succeed the Realme GT 5 Pro, a model that was not released in India, further highlighting Realme’s ongoing efforts to capture the high-end market with cutting-edge technology.

This release could significantly shift the landscape of premium smartphones in India, making Realme a brand to watch closely in the coming months.
